Lead from the front and help deliver outstanding service every shift! As a Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, coach and support our Front of House team, and keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment in conjunction with our Restaurant Manager.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, food and beverage presentation, cleanliness, company policy, and compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. From opening and closing the venue to supporting the team through busy services, you’ll set the standard and lead by example.

You’ll need a current NZ Duty Manager’s certificate, prior hospitality leadership experience, and the confidence to stay calm under pressure. If you enjoy leading a team and are passionate about providing unforgettable experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll be responsible for keeping dishes, glassware, and equipment clean, maintaining areas, clearing tables, restocking supplies and supporting our team wherever needed. It’s a fast paced role where every shift is different and every team member matters.

Ideal candidates are able to work autonomously, reliable, hard working, and happy to roll up their sleeves. No experience? No worries! We provide training and progression for those keen to learn.

You’ll have a positive attitude, be able to follow instructions, and be comfortable with physical work including lifting and standing for extended periods.
