We’re currently hiring

DUTY MANAGER // BAR, RESTAURANT & EVENTS

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Duty Manager to join our crew. This is a varied, hands-on role working across all areas of the bar, restaurant and events. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with confidence behind the bar, thrives under pressure and knows how to lead a team on busy shifts. Mixology is a must. Leadership is essential.

    • A minimum of 20 hours per week with flexibility to pick up more

    • Must be available weekends & evenings

    • Pay dependent on skills and experience

    • Fun, fast-paced atmosphere

    • Tight-knit team

    • Creative events (gigs, markets, pop-ups, and more)

    • Room to grow bring your flavour and make your mark

    • A valid NZ Duty Manager certificate

    • Strong cocktail and mixology skills

    • Confidence in leading a team and managing service

    • Ability to work independently and think on your feet

    • Availability for evening and weekend shifts

    • A calm and capable attitude
